Big Four, Large Accounting Firm - Recruiter Selection and Advancing your Career
You're a CPA, CIA, Big Four, and/or work for a large/midsized public accounting firm, or are at a large corporation but stuck. You're serious about advancing your career, but how do you start a confidential yet productive search? The fact is that most strong professionals are good at their job, but are uncertain how to effectively search for that next step in their career.
Facts:You get countless calls from recruiters, but are uncertain about how they got your information, much less who these individuals are You don't know them from a hole in the wall and in fact many recruiters have failed in their business lives and could only find a job as a recruiter Many recruiters have never been in your shoes, Big Four, large public accounting firm, nor have the credentials that you do, and you're going to entrust them with your information? Many recruiters will send your information along without your permission just to get credit in case you are going to look on your own, or are talking with another recruiter.
Let's face it there is a right way and a wrong way to recruit; and a right way and a wrong way to conduct a career advancing move. Selecting the right business partner, consultant, is imperative. If you are serious about making an educated move in your career, feel free to contact this ex-Big Four, MPA, and Consultant, who has been in this business for the last 10+ years and has recruited directly for over two dozen Fortune 500 companies. Before providing me your credentials, we can have a lengthy conversation about my credentials first and then take it from there! We recruit for Audit, Tax, Accounting, Finance and Treasury, mostly early to mid career professionals (2-20 years) that ideally have certifications (CISA, CPA, CIA and advance degrees, MTX, MPA, MBA, etc.).
For a confidential conversation, feel free to email me direct at rstockfield@atlantasearchgroup.com and to view more information on our Firm, visit us at www.AtlantaSearchGroup.com
