Benefit Analyst - Retirement Administration Center

Our Global Retirement Service Centers allow us to efficiently provide our public and private sector clients with detailed financial calculations and analysis such as retirement valuation work, data and other regulatory and tax compliance related services. The Retirement Administration Center is part of the Retirement Service Center and provides benefit calculation and plan administration services.
 
A Retirement Benefit Analyst analyzes data provided by clients and performs individual pension calculations under defined benefit plans.
Other responsibilities include:
Assist in the process of transitioning work from consulting offices to the Retirement Administration Center (RAC)Perform individual pension calculations for terminated or retired participants following established RAC processesInterpret pension plan documents and follow administrative procedures related to pension calculationsUpdate pension calculation tools and administrative procedures as necessaryPrepare and manipulate data for special projectsParticipate in administrative consulting projects, as required. Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience, or demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to interpret plan documents, provisions and administrative practicesAbility to work in a team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demandsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsStrong focus on providing service to clientsExcellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communications skills
