Business Management/CPA firm located in Santa Monica seeks Part Time Bookkeeper.Â Our firm specializes in clients in the TV/Film industries.

Candidate will be responsible for:

. Making deposits, issuing checks, preparing reports and maintainingÂ

Â accounts

. Reconciling bank accounts

. Making general ledger entries and preparing financial statements

. Reconciling investment brokerage statements

. Reporting WGA, DGA, and SAG dues declarations

. Submitting health insurance claims to insurance companies

Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience required.Â Candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work.Â Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Quickbooks a must.Â Knowledge of Datafaction a plus.
