The BDO Consulting Corporate Advisors, LLC ('BCCA') Managing Director is responsible for developing a Los Angeles practice to provide crisis management, turnaround consulting and strategic advice to company owners, management, lenders, creditors and investors. This person would be expanding and enhancing the current business restructuring advisory practice that has been in Los Angeles for many years. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets through aggressive marketing and business development activities, developing staff and serving clients. Specific services offered to clients include serving as CRO or interim CEO/COO, operational improvement, cost containment and asset redeployment opportunities, financial and other creditor restructuring both in court and out, and financing including debt restructures and refinancing, equity infusions and strategic planning. Must have a strong track record of successful implementation of aggressive turnaround actions, strong leadership capabilities and Chapter 11 experience.
