Auditors - Seniors, Supervisors, and Managers

Sky Group Executive Recruiting is working with a mid-size accounting firm that is seeking motivated and dynamic Senior to Manager Level Professionals with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in auditing, accounting, consulting, and taxes of commercial real estate, apparel, or SEC. The positions are situated in their New York, NJ, and LI offices. Candidates must have excellent computer skills, SEC and SOX experience a plus, as is knowledge of Tax and Audit Software.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Taking full administrative charge of assigned engagements.Ensuring a meaningful budget has been prepared and adhered to by monitoring time throughout the engagement.Supervising the assigned staff and seeing that the job is properly planned.Submission of work papers and reports prior.Meeting required deadlines Maintaining good relations with the clients and staff.Assisting in the implementation of the firm's policies.Emulating the role of a manager/partner.Expanding practice development skills.

Qualifications:

.Minimum of 3-5 years recent work experience in public accountingBachelor's degree in accountingStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong technical skills in accounting and auditingInterest in professional developmentCPA preferred, but not required
