About the Position:
We are currently seeking individuals with Tax and/or Audit experience at various levels from staff to director.

For Audit the responsibilities include:
* Audit, review and compilation engagements
* Financial statement preparation
* Manufacturing, healthcare, government, non-profit, Sarbanes-Oxley and pension audits

For Tax the responsibilities include:
* Review and preparation of tax returns
* Tax planning
* Tax research
* Tax compliance
* Gift, trust, estate and non-profit tax returns

Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of recent public accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Must be a CPA or CPA candidate. Experience with Prosystem FX is a plus. Experience with manufacturing, healthcare, government, non-profit, Sarbanes-Oxley and/or pension audits are a plus. Experience with gift, trust, estate and/or non-profit tax returns are a plus.
 
Location:
This position is located in the Renaissance city of Providence, Rhode Island.
