Auditor/Analyst

Telisys, Inc is a Chagrin Falls based organization that offers both tactical and strategic communication consulting services and solutions. The position of Auditor/Analyst incorporates the general telecommunications related auditing skills of the Analyst position. In addition, this position includes a general support responsibility for day-to-day requirements of the staff and office environment.



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES



Initial Bill Gathering Process – Responsible for being capable of interfacing with the client and/or coordinating internally with staff to contact and request all related telecommunications billing materials needed for the audit and analysis process.





Audit Process – Responsible for completing the record inventory package and the subsequent interpretation and input of client data into the audit process. Responsible for maintaining a conscious focus on the integrity and quality of the audit analysis and input process. Responsible for participating in and contributing to the audit improvement process.





Client Research – Responsibility for developing the ability to research general client telecommunications configurations and applications. Responsible for developing the ability to effectively document research findings. Provide assistance to staff in developing the client assessment recommendations.





Local Exchange Analysis – Responsibility for developing the ability to conduct basic analysis and documentation of local exchange inventory, design and recommendations. This skill set would also potentially include securing telephone company tariff rates as required, determining if client is being billed correctly and calculating the client’s local exchange costs under new local service provider rates.





Network RFP (Request for Proposals) Analysis – Responsible for providing audit support to analyze vendor responses generated by network service’ request for RFP.





Contract Analysis – Responsible for developing the ability to review and analyze vendor service contracts to determine if terms and rates are properly applied to client accounts and to effectively document findings.





Client Relationship – Responsible for developing the ability to provide "first line" interaction with the client.





Scheduling Network Implementations - Responsible for providing audit support to track network implementation projects.





Specialized Network Bill Analysis – Responsible for developing the ability to provide case-by-case network services bill analysis associated with complex billing issues. Also responsible on a case-by-case basis for coordinating vendor action associated with billing analysis.





Network Vendor Order Tracking – Responsible for developing the ability to track network vendor orders issued by TELISYS.





Network Vendor Escalation Process – Responsible, as directed, to initiate and manage escalation of network vendor issues associated with TELISYS clients.





Network Verification Process – Responsible for developing the ability to process verification audits from the inventory package through audit input and client report preparation.





Coordinating Vendor Response – Responsible for developing the ability to coordinate more closely with vendors related to client activity.





Promote Teamwork – Responsible for developing the ability to work with staff to promote the W.A.I.T. principles of Work, Attitude, Initiative and Teamwork.





Client Activity Tracking – Track and record client activity using both manual forms and on-line time tracking program. Submit summaries as requested.





Cross Training – Assist in the cross training of individuals as required and directed.





Professionalism – Maintain a personal ethical and professional manner at all times with regard to internal and external contacts and projects.





Confidentiality – Maintain a posture of confidentiality with regard to policies, procedures and business plans.
