Job Description:

 

•• Reporting on financial and non-financial information
•• SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley issues
•• Annual audits
•• Develop and maintain strong client relationships/project management
•• Hands on recruiting, retaining, training, developing & motivating staff

Requirements:

•• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field
•• 7+ years recent public accounting experience
•• Big-4, National or Regional Firm experience preferred
•• CPA
•• Demonstrated career achievements and academic excellence
•• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
•• Banking experience, financial institutions  or Financial Services  a plus
