Please feel free to visit our websites at: http://www.employbridge.net/ & http://www.resourceacctg.com/ for more information regarding our ever expanding organization. Job Description Perform auditing of key management, financial, and operational processes and controls throughout the organization with a focus on Financial / Operational Audit.  Recommend changes to improve internal controls, processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of data integrity and improve operational efficiency.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Â·  Assist management in identification and evaluation of risks at both corporate and business unit level.·  Perform audit reviews of corporate and from time to time, field offices in support of the Annual Internal Audit Plan.·  Assist business units perform periodic self-assessments. ·  Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes, internal controls, and appropriate suggestions to achieve the improvements.·  Prepare appropriate documentation (e.g. narratives, flowchart, control matrices, segregation of duties analyses, audit reports, etc.) in support of work performed.·  Assist in the follow up on internal audit comments and recommendations to ensure implementation.·  Comply with auditing standards, follow good business practices and efficiently utilize audit resources.·  Assist Director of Internal Audit from time to time with administrative activities related to day to day affairs of the internal audit department.·  Other duties maybe assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities:  ·  Senior level staff will fulfill a dual role of individual contributor and team leader from time to time.  Specific responsibilities will include coaching, reviewing work papers and evaluating progress of internal audit staff.
