As a public accounting firm with just under 200 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add talented professionals to our outstanding team, including hiring a Manager to join our Audit & Accounting Services Team.
Managers are responsible for:Managing client engagements – strong technically and able to interface with clients,Managing a team of professionals – responsible for the development of seniors and staff.Growing our client base – developing new business opportunities.
Position Requirements: Manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously,Develop and train staff, schedule staff, and coordinate work flow, Willing and able to develop and maintain positive client work relationships, as well as be able to maintain associations to develop new business for the firm,Be client service oriented, have excellent decision making ability, and demonstrate good leadership skills, andExhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education Requirements:BS in Accounting or equivalent,Minimum six years in public accounting (Big 4 Preferred), demonstrating proven progression in complexity, scope, and number of engagements managed,Must have applicable state CPA license, andPC literate, including industry-related software.
