Associate, Evidence and Electronic Discovery Management

We are currently seeking an Associate in Evidence and Electronic Discovery Management to join us in our Cypress, CA office. KPMG ForensicSM uses computer forensic and data analysis techniques to help our clients detect fraudulent activity and other forms of misconduct. In addition, KPMG LLP, the U.S. member firm, operates the Cypress Technology Center (CTEC), which offers sophisticated technology tools and skilled professionals to help clients reduce litigation costs and risks in the areas of evidence and discovery management and the acquisition, management, and analysis of large data sets. Responsibilities: * Work closely with CTEC technical and project management professionals for project planning, execution, troubleshooting and problem resolution * Work with the Engagement Manager to coordinate interdepartmental resources to help ensure completion of project tasks on schedule * Develop proficiency in, and utilize the various tools available to KPMG for data processing, hosting, and production during the life cycles of a project for clients * Provide demonstrations, and training of KPMG's products and services to prospective clients * Maintain regular contact with and manage expectations of clients to help ensure client satisfaction, and report project progress, both internally and externally * Advise clients and team members, make recommendations, and help to determine and implement the best workflow and methodology for a project or potential project * Take part in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and generate budget estimates * Identify processes and quality improvements as an ongoing process, as well as part of a post-project analysis * Effectively document project procedures and workflows * Execute multiple priorities and projects on a daily basis Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university * Two years of experience working with the litigation discovery process, specifically, experience with large-scale document review, production and trial preparation * Significant experience using industry-standard litigation support applications such as Attenex, Concordance and Summation * Proficiency working with MS SQL and MS Access or other database applications * Proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications * Outstanding teamwork, organizational, and analytical skills * Strong commitment to client services delivery * Excellent attention to detail and time management skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
