Help Yuba Heat Transfer be a leader in the Power Generation Equipment industry by preparing customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and conditions and following up to collect on past due accounts. You will prepare weekly past due account reports, develop and maintain cash flow reports, by project, and develop and maintain the A/R aging report. The financial information and reporting that you provide will be critical for management planning and decision making!
Qualifications
Four year degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Familiarity with the applicable Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS) rules for this industry.
Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities.
Committed to meeting quality standards.
Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.
