Assistant Manager

The position requirements include 2+ years of assistant management experience in residential property management or a related field.

Windsor owns and manages luxury apartment communities throughout the country. We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Windsor at Siena and The Allen House.
THE POSITION:GID/Windsor Assistant Managers are given quite a bit of management and marketing responsibilities including:
Performing financial tasks such as rent collections, invoice payment and analysis of operating statements Overseeing the complete marketing program Assisting in developing and implementing the annual business plan Assisting in hiring, training, supervising and motivating the property staff Providing excellent customer service to residents And much more!
