Assistant Branch Manager-Customer Service
This position will manage the customer service function in the Elgin, IL branch of American Honda Finance Corporation. Major job responsibilities will include:
Recommend Procedure Policy Changes to Branch Manager. Direct Customer Service Supervisors to insure all measurements of performance. Prepare all required reports on branch operations. Assist with developing the annual budget. Maintain high level of service to dealers and customers. Hire, train, develop and promote branch associates.
The ideal candidate will possess: B.A. and/or B.S. Degree or related experience (Accounting, Business or related discipline), 8-10 years experience in automotive indirect financing within a captive finance or banking environment. Prior experience in customer service, collections, credit, leasing, documentation and supervision. Must have prior supervisory experience, analytical skills, hands on knowledge of hardware and software applications, and demonstrate ability to provide exemplary customer service to dealers and customers. PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel.
