We are looking for top talent to add to our dynamic management team – dedicated, dependable individuals willing and able to work full-time over varied shifts within a specified territory in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:
(This list is not exhaustive)

* Coordinate and direct all aspects of parking operations within assigned territory
* Maintain the bottom line through facility marketing, cash control procedures and safe money handling practices
* Utilize a team approach with Area Manager to consistently improve the
quality of service experienced by the client and their customers
* Efficiently handle multiple tennants and their needs on a daily basis
* Provide leadership and motivation to staff
* Facilitate cashier relations with clientele to ensure complaints, disagreements or
 misunderstandings are resolved quickly and diplomatically
* Uphold a high standard of work for all employees to ensure that all work tasks
and assignments are performed efficiently, effectively and as required
* Ensure proper parking, security, cash control, and customer service procedures
are being followed by all employees
* Monitor maintenance of the facility to ensure that it is clean and maintained
according to company policies and procedures, and to exceed client expectations
* Ensure that all previous day revenues are accounted for and deposited daily into
the facility's bank account
* Partner with Auditing and Revenue departments to ensure that proper sales totals
are reported and recorded on time and to maintain security vigilance over possible employee theft and/or inefficiencies
* Partner with Human Resources and Senior Management to handle employee
relations issues
* Other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

* Bachelor degree preferred
* Strong customer services skills
* 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in Parking Management
* Ability to solve practical problems
* Must be a proactive self-starter
* Excellent conflict resolutions skills
* Excellent computer skills (Proficient in Word, Excel, Lotus Notes)
* Creative Out-the-Box Thinker
* Ability to manage large staff with little or no supervision
* AP input skills
* Excellent Customer Service & Communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong ability to multi-task
* Clean DMV record
* Valid Drivers License
* Ability to Drive manual & automatic transmission vehicles preferred
