Accounts Payable Representative

 

As the AP Representative you will compile and maintain accounts payable records, prepare checks, research and process invoices, reconcile vendors' monthly statements and assist in monthly closings.  HS diploma or equivalent and 2+ years accounts payable experience required.  Should be familiar with vouchers, invoices, purchase orders and P.O. processing, credit memos, and procedure manuals.  Basic business math skills and strong data entry skills a must.  Familiarity with accounting practices using Great Plains software is a plus.
