| E-Mail This Job | View Our Company Profile    The Tax Analyst position is located within the International Tax Group of the Tax & Treasury Department. The role includes supporting international tax planning, non-U.S. affiliate consulting, income tax audits, and assistance with reporting compliance relating to FIN 48 and the U.S. Federal income tax return.   This position will involve complicated analysis relating to both foreign and domestic income tax audits as well as the cash tax and financial statement implications of international tax planning strategies  Track and analyze Earnings & Profits, Subpart F income, Section 956, foreign tax credit and modeling of tax positions relating to affiliate entities. Prepare, track and analyze FIN 48 positions. Perform research related to global international tax issues. Support FIN 48 and related provision requirements. Support the preparation of the U.S. Federal income tax return.  Basic Qualifications  Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field Two plus years of tax experience within a corporation, accounting or consulting practice.  Experience with international tax preferred Knowledge of basic U.S. and International tax rules Familiarity with preparation of 5471 and 8858’s Experience with analysis of Subpart F income computations and Section 956 computations Experience with FIN 48 analysis and preparation.  Additional Qualifications  Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills Strong accounting, analytical, research and computer skills Self-described as organized, attentive to detail, and self-starter
