Summary
Accounting and reporting for firm issued debt and related hedging derivatives.
ResponsibilitiesDaily reconciliation of debt and derivatives positions; requires interaction with multiple areas within the firm. Prepare P&L estimates and variance analysis Perform month end closing procedures Review hedging derivatives for compliance with FAS 133 hedge accounting rules Participate in preparation of external financial disclosures related to the Firm's total borrowings Reporting and analysis for firm issued debt and related hedges Participate in strategic initiatives to improve process flows and analysis
QualificationsAccounting/Finance background, CPA preferred 2-4 years experience Knowledge of FAS 133 a plus
