Position Summary: •

Work hours 9:00 - 5:30 or 9:30 to 6:00
Preparation of affidavits, processing eclipse jobs, preparing sample packs for production
Commercial reporting and job monitoring
Processing booklets
QA proofing of design documents
General administrative duties and other duties as assigned
Overtime may be required through peak periods.
Skills and Experience:

Bilingual in French is a huge asset
Strong language and written skill
Proficient in Word/Excel
Able to work in team environment and independently
Strong attention to detail
