Position Summary:



Prime responsibility will be preparation of affidavits

Processing eclipse jobs, preparing sample packs for production

Processing booklets

QA proofing of design documents

General administrative duties and other duties as assigned

Overtime may be required in peak periods

Work hours 9:00 - 5:30

Skills and Experience:



Bilingual in French is a huge asset

Strong language and written skill

Proficient in Word/Excel

Strong communication skills

Able to work in team environment and independently

Strong attention to detail
