Administrative -Clerk Coordinator

Exciting company in the Down Town Dallas area is seeking to hire a full time person for their open position.

Essential Function are as followed:Routine opening and sorting of mailFilling and accurate record storage of A/P filesRespond to employees and vendors regarding information via e-mail or faxResearch and resolve issues such as invoice and reportsReconcile vendor statementsEnsure timely payment of invoices and resolve payment issues for vendorsInput invoices/credit in system accuratelyAssure that all discount invoices are paid within termsPerform check runs and assist with annual auditPerform all 1099 related responsibilitiesPerform special projects and reports as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Working knowledge of computer software; Excel, WordDemonstrate organizational and administrative skillsAbility to assess priorities; work well under pressure;and solve problemAbility to use analytical skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detailsAbility to work professionally, diplomatically, and tactfully with customers and co-workersAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment especially in problem solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate commitment to total quality and continuous improvementIndependent and pro-active work approachExperience in non-profit sector a plusExperience with Blackbaud's Financial Edge software a plus

College degree Preferred or 2-3yrs experience

Salary: $12.00 - $ 14.00hrly
