Administrative Assistant



Education: Associates degree or Bachelors degree in business or related field.



Experience:

At least 2 years experience in a professional environment.





Skills:

Position requires that you be able to work in a fast-paced environment.



Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.



Excellent communication and attention to detail required.



Organization and ability to multi-task.





 

Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:



Answering phones



Coordinating meetings



Typing memos



Communicating with clients as well as senior level managers and partners within the firm



Researching and booking travel arrangements



Coordinating and setting up of events



Merging of all financial statements



Various other administrative duties





Skills:

Must be very proficient in Word and Excel.
