Our client, a well-established but rapidly expanding professional services firm in Raleigh, is seeking a sharp, versatile, skilled professional for a key administrative role on their growing team.This particular position handles a variety of tasks iand is the point person for key executives. Seek a top of the class administrator who gets things done.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who offers a demonstrated ability to manage projects and deadlines on a regular basis.Excellent organizational skills must be complemented but outstanding client service skills, advanced level computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), solid business judgment and highly reliable attention to detail.We're seeking a top-quality candidate who thrives in a challenging setting.
This role requires someone with the ability to coordinate various projects including a variety of administrative support tasks, website updates, and extensive database maintenance in their customer relations database.We need an administrative professional who has the flexibility and diverse skills to accomplish this.
The selected candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience, a background working in databases, and a natural, but polished communication style when communicating with all levels of professionals.MS Access experience a plus.
