Job Purpose:
Provide General Office duties, and Accounts Receivable services for a fast paced manufacturing company located in Ambler, PA.

Duties:
 Administrative: Answer Telephone Filing Quotations Preparing Work Orders Light Purchasing.
Â
Accounts Receivable:Â Invoicing Receiving Payments Debt Collection Issues Generating reports utilizing Quick Books.Â
Â
Skills/Qualifications:
Microsoft Office (excel, word), Knowledge of Quick books, Strong Organizational Skills, Detail oriented, Professionalism, Able to work Independently, Good Written and Verbal Communication skills.

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8-4:30

Salary is contingent on experience.
