Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper FT position open immediately in an audio video showroom. Applicants must be motivated and responsible, have excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manners, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a must, experience with Quikbooks is a plus. Responsibilities include all bookkeeping duties, reporting financial info to principal, managing and updating all business records, tracking all projects, including ordering equipment, scheduling jobs with technicians and customers, handling phone calls, and other various general duties.
