Administrative Assistant (40K)- Internal Communications Group!

Responsibilities for this role:Provide direct support to an Internal Communications team, including 2 Directors and 2 Consultants.Manage the daily administration for the group, including heavy travel and calendar management, creating proposals and presentations, and handling correspondence internally between groups.Also responsible for coordinating both internal and external events and meetings for the group.

Must have:BA/BS2-4 years of administrative experience (internships count too!)Strong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with MS OfficeAttention to detail, the ability to manage multiple project deadlines, and organizational skillsAn appreciation for a team-oriented atmosphere!
