Accounts payable / Payroll clerk - With ADP payroll experience

International Marketing Company is currently seeking for accounts payable/payroll clerk position.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of accounts payable and ADP payroll experience.  Duties will include as following but not limited.Separate incoming mails and prepare invoices for processingProcess invoices with proper approvals and supporting documentation  Code all invoices to accounting system and check runsProcess biweekly payroll, and make any changes regarding personnel actions.Bank reconciliation and assist with month-end closeMaintain vendor files; request forms W-9Maintain records for payroll reports, and employees benefits Prepare and submit year end 1099’sAssist in all areas of general accounting and others as needed

Starting salary is $30,000 per year
