A large real estate organization is seeking a strong Accounting Supervisor to oversee their Accounts Receivable team, specifically the cash applications process. This position will supervise a team of specialists responsible for posting the monies received to tenants’ accounts. This will include working with the billing, collections, and property accounting teams to ensure the timely and accurate posting of receivables. Additionally, there will be responsibility for processing any manual billings, credit memos, etc.

Qualified candidates must have 5 plus years of progressive accounting experience, with specific experience in a high volume cash applications environment. A BS degree is required. Previous experience within the real estate industry is a plus.
