Accounts Receivable Specialist $ 32K - $36K +
National Distributor of Specialty Home Building Products is seeking an Professional Accounts Receivable Specialist.
The ideal candidate must have 3+years of Accounts Receivable. General accounting background a plus.Candidate will process and post full cycle Accounts Receivable which includes invoicing, posting cash,sales order,EDI Processing, Research and resolution of customer accounts, will make collection calls and account reconciliations.Knowledge of Act & goldmine software helpful. Will also assist with special projects as they arise.
Candidate must have excellent work ethics, detail oriented, highly motivated, Team spirit, and ability to multi task well. Must be able to work with dead lines and consistently follow up with all issues. Candidate must be proficient in Excel, MS Word and MAS 90 accounting software.
