We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Representative to work in our beautiful offices in Altamonte Springs. This position is responsible for:

 

·  Collecting monies due.

·  Reconciling accounts.

·  Instructing clients how to use online reconciliation system.

·  Resolving disputes.

·  Posting payments.

·  Assisting sales team with any issues regarding accounts.

 

Requirements

  Candidates MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish)


·  At least 2 years of accounting experience.

·  Proficient in Excel

·  Hospitality/Hotel experience is a plus.

·  Good verbal and written communication skills

·  Detail oriented

·  Ability to multi-task at a fast pace

·  Team player, good attitude
