Accounts Receivable/Billing Coordinator

Our client located in the South Side of Pittsburgh, is currently seeking an experienced individual with medical billing and collections. You will be responsible for the timely submission of primary and secondary paper claims. Other duties and responsibilities may include, analyze outstanding balances, review denials for accuracy, monitor payer websites for medical policy and benefit changes, maintain productivity logs, achieve and exceed daily collection account productivity goals, prepare adjusts such as refunds, contractual differences, and write-offs for approval processing. You must be detail oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical skills. Written and verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to customer services. Experience with medicare, multi-state Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing a plus.Previous experience with Medicare, and Accounts Receivable.
