Accounts Receivable Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

 

Timely and accurate accounts receivable invoicing, client collection follow up, cash application and ancillary functions related to client service billing.  Daily processing within Solomon Financial Software and Microsoft Office applications and significant internal contact with client services and sales and external contact with clients to expedite cash cycle.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Day to day management of entire 40 Million+ US and Canadian accounts receivable cash application and collection through regular written and telephone follow up with clients and with internal sales staff.Timely and accurate billing of ICT services during compressed closing cycleAssist Treasurer in other finance duties as required

 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Audit and SOX documentation research for year end and quarter end compliance.

Assist Treasurer with overseas credit/collections as well as funding, cash accounting and foreign exchange documentation as needed.

 

SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

 Three to five years billing and collection experienceProficiency in MS Office including Excel, MSWord and OutlookCollege degree or equivalent preferred but not required
