Aetna Building Maintenance is a growing, Columbus based service-company with 1000+ employees. We are currently seeking an experienced individual for the position of Corporate Accounts Receivable / Accounting Clerk. The company is an industry leader with offices in multiple states.

This position will primarily be responsible for:Process high volume monthly billing.Multi State Sales Tax Preparation.Cash application.Manage monthly filing process. Perform other accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements include but are not limited to:High school diploma. Associate degree in accounting or business preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in the accounting field. Proficient in Microsoft Office â€“especially Excel. Experienced with financial accounting software. Organizational skills. 10 key proficiency required. Excellent oral and written communication.
