Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Specialist

 

Quantronix, a small cubing and weighting systems manufacturing company, seeks a multifaceted A/R accounts receivable clerk to perform billing, collections, month end reports, bank reconciliation, and other assigned accounting tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Generate and send out billing invoices

2.  Collections of outstanding invoices

3.  Filling and answering phones

4.  Perform all accounts receivable functions

5.  Reconcile bank statements

6.  Prepares end of month A/R reports

7.  Other assigned accounting functions

8.  Other duties and tasks as needed

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

1.  Prefer some post high school training in accounting or related field

2.  2-4 year’s accounts receivable and/or bank reconciliation experience

3.  Strong analytical, problem solving and attention to detail skills

4.  Strong experience with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook

5.  2 years experience with MAS 90 / MAS200 preferred
