Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team.

Full Description:

Our downtwon client is currently hiring for the position of Accounts Payable Supervisor. The focus of this position is to manage the payables process and coordinate all activities including hiring, training, and supervising the entire Accounts Payable team.

* Hire, train and supervise a staff of 4-5
* Ensure processes and procedures are followed
* Process wire payment and money orders
* Liaise between the accounts payable department and purchasing department
* Handle special projects and requests from various VPs.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of four years Accounts Payable Supervisor experience coupled with some accounting related education. The candidate will have to have a proven track record in leading a team and also the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Solid communication skills and excellent organizational skills would be a great asset for this position.
