Ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Essential Functions:§ Process Invoices.§ Assist in tracking General & Administrative expenses.§ Update & maintain various Access database trackers.§ Administrative functions include copying, filing, updating database organization system.§ Support the add’l administrative demands for the department. Preferred Qualifications:§ Bachelor’s Degree preferred.§ Pharmaceutical experience a plus.§ 1 -2 years relevant experience.§ Must have proficient computer skills specifically Excel and Access.
