Job Summary

This entry level position is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is energetic and able to handle a variety of tasks.  The main responsibilities will be accounts payable entry and payroll.  Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others.

Job Requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) Must have strong attention to detail Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills Ability to multi-task is essential

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Match, batch, code and enter invoices Review all invoices for accuracy and ensure all necessary documentation is received Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors Process weekly check run Process payroll Benefits administration Additional duties as assigned
