Accounts Payable/Corporate Inventory Assistant
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Arizona is owned and operated by NRT Incorporated, the largest residential real estate brokerage company in the United States. We have over 30 offices and nearly 1800 real estate professionals throughout Phoenix, Tucson and northern Arizona and are recognized as one of the top 20 brokers in the United States.
We have a current need for an Accounts Payable/Corporate Inventory Assistant to work in our Relocation Department in North Scottsdale. Will assist in day to day management of inventory properties, including setting up computer files, changing utilities into company's name, ordering vendor services and collect vendor bids, submit and pay bills, coordinate closing bills for final payments, track and send out monthly reports.
Requirements include excellent computer skills and accounts payable experience. Must be detail oriented and have superior customer service skills. Background in real estate transactions helpful but not required.Interested?
