We have a terrific opportunity for experienced accounts payables clerks to join our accounting department within the manufacturing side of our business. Our ideal candidates will have 3 plus years A/P experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment with a stable work history.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 Will interact with internal and external vendors in a friendly professional manner.

 Will help to process 1099’s and have knowledge of the A/P cycle.

 Accruals, month end process

Filing, receiver and check matching and other miscellaneous tasks will be part of the job function.

 Interfacing with materials in transit process

 

Job Experience:

 Must have at least 3 years experience.

 Prefer advanced use of Word, Excel 3

 MAS 90 experience is helpful.

 Must have experience coding invoices to appropriate general ledger account.

 Experience reconciling vendor accounts

 Will match and batch invoices to receiving report
