Accounts Payable Accountant
An international transportation equipment corporation located near Levi's Plaza in downtown San Francisco is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant. This international subsidiary offers a stable, family-like environment as well as appealing benefits. The Accounts Payable Accountant would be responsible for various aspects of the full cycle accounts payable process. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing expenses; distributing and monitoring vendor statements; resolving and analyzing expense variations; all month end close; processing 1099s; goal setting for individuals, as well as, the department.To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following requirements: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field; 2-3 years of full cycle accounts payable experience; strong Excel skills; demonstrated ability to research and resolve internet and external accounts payable issues; strong multitasking and communication skills. Experience using analytical tools such as Access, Lawson, and/or Hyperion is strongly preferred. This is a direct hire position with a salary range from $60,000-$68,000/year, determined by experience. Please email your resume to ktinsley@accountantsinc.com to be considered for this role.
