Accounts / Billing Manager

Willman & Arnold, LLP, a Litigation Law Firm located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh is recruiting for an Accounts Manager.  The Accounts Manager will coordinate various financial functions of the firm including overseeing the processes of the Billing and Collections Department.

Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting attorneys in the billing processes and working with both clients and attorneys to ensure prompt and accurate billing and cost recovery; producing various reports and financial statements to partners; maintenance and reconcilement of various firm accounts. 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance and three or more years experience in finance, billing and AR/AP in a legal or corporate setting.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including advanced knowledge of Excel is required. Direct experience with electronic financial and billing applications is required - Juris, MyJuris and QuickBooks proficiency or proficiency in similar applications preferred.
