Full Time Accounts Receivable Administrator

Our Edmonton office is seeking an individual to work closely with our Project Managers to provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control. A minimum of 3-5 years accounting experience is required. Strong skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel required.

Primary Duties:

- Provide quality customer service to our internal and external customers;
- Maintain up-to-date billing system;
- Carry out billing, collections and reporting activities according to specific deadlines;
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files;
- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.;
- Investigate, resolve and respond to customer inquiries verbally and in writing;
- Process adjustments;
- Organize a recovery system and initiate collection reports.
