Venture funded medical device technology company on Route 128 is expanding! International company, based in Massachusetts. Looking for an energetic team player who can successfully meet deadlines, deliver quality work in a fast paced very dynamic environment!
Responsibilities Include:
· Month end reporting
· International Consolidation
· Preparation of Financial Statement and presentation materials for the Board/Investors
· Currency translation adjustments
· daily compliance with loan covenants
· Assess, contribute ideas for, and implement procedure improvements to streamline process of closing and financial reporting
· Sales and income tax compliance
· Assist in annual audit, plus others such as 401k audit

Qualifications:
· Bachelor in Accounting/Finance
· CPA a plus, but not required
· Proven track record with consolidating financial statements from multiple entities/locations

Effective supervisory/managerial skills
· Skills with foreign currency translation
· Strong software sklls including Oracle or other ERP, High proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
