Accounting and Retirement Planning

Job Purpose:

We are a California Finance Lender in search of a part time (10-20 hours weekly) employee with the responsibility of supervising our bookkeeping and providing the needed documentation/reporting to our tax preparer.  We handle investors' retirement accounts with which we need oversight along with ensuring legal and tax compliance.

We are expecting this individual to protects investors and company interests by complying with federal, state, and foreign regulations; keeping information confidential.

We will appreciate if this person can update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging financial management practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.In addition to enhancing company's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
