DescriptionThe Direct Hire Recruiter is responsible for growing the direct hire business by utilizing creative and professional marketing, business development, and client penetration strategies. Other responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates and facilitating candidate selection by using prospecting, negotiation, and assessment skills.
