Accounting USA jobs : National Account Manager

The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for managing proxy projects for mutual fund clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with Sales to understand estimate, project scope, and client expectations.
Participate in daily internal production calls and drive weekly client calls, communicating requirements, vote status, potential risks.
Develop and execute strategy for projects to achieved vote requirements while managing cost.
Manage outside vendors as needed as it related to initial mailing, re mails, reporting.
Testing of new system applications, documentation of procedures - as needed
Annual AT 101 review.
Carrying out major assignments in conducting operations,
The provision of expert advice,
The investigation and resolution of matters of significance.
and similar tasks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree from a 4-year college or university
More than 4-years up to 6-years of related experience
