Accounting USA jobs : Accounts Payable Clerk

This position offers the chance to:

1. Lead in generating and implementing ideas of improvement of the AP processing cycle. These ideas will be generated from personal experience as well as input from the AP team and other stakeholders
2. Help to develop and mentor staff and ensure that employees have the tools and resources needed to be successful
3. Build, support and maintain a positive, customer focused culture
4. Ensure the process that support SOX compliance controls are in place

Requiring

1. 2-6 years experience in Accounts Payable
2. Provide solid leadership to the assigned team
3. Highly motivated individual
4. Effective communication skills
5. Proficiency in computers and an understanding of databases and system development
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and recognize priorities
7. Ability to think creatively and reason analytically
