Job Responsibilities: Perform daily cash management Monitor & reconcile payroll & flexible spending accounts Banking Duties: Issue stop payments/Verify payments Prepare weekly revenue forecast Prepare monthly cash reports Prepare monthly reconciliations Document outgoing ACH wires Assist Treasury Manager in generating reports Maintain accurate and complete account files Special projects, as assignedHours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)Requirements: Superior data entry skills Previous Treasury experience Advanced Oracle skills Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail High school diploma Ability to multi-task Excellent written & verbal communication skillsLength of Assignment: Temporary to PermanentStart Date: ASAPSalary: Up to $31,000/year Contact: For immediate consideration, please forward your resume in Word format to abell@acsysinc.com Acsys.
