Passionate and motivated. Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit. Resourceful, innovative, forward thinking and committed. If you have a sense of humor, that doesn’t hurt either! At Ticketmaster, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!  The Role:  The Accounting Supervisor, New Products will be an integral member of the New Products team working on one of the company’s key secondary market ticketing products. The secondary ticketing market is a primary strategic initiative for Ticketmaster and will continue to be a dynamic area of growth for the company.   Responsibilities: Overseeing the daily accounting and settlement activities of the company’s TeamExchange secondary market ticketing product. Duties include managing the G/L and A/R accounting process and reconciling GL accounts related to TeamExchange product.  Supervising a staff accountant who is responsible for preparing and distributing weekly TeamExchange settlement payments. Reporting TeamExchange product metrics on a monthly and ad hoc basis. Acting as primary liaison to the field offices on issues and questions related to TeamExchange settlements and financial analysis. Coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process for TeamExchange on an annual and quarterly basis. Reviewing contracts for existing and new clients. Duties include setting up calculation templates with the appropriate contract terms to facilitate weekly settlement and managing sponsorship payment schedules.
