CAM LEASE ACCOUNTANT*This position requires previous experience in CAM Lease Accounting POSITION SUMMARY: Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Accounting, this role will be responsible for lease accounting. This includes lease analysis, review CAM reconciliations, process vendor payments journal entry preparation, completing selected account reconciliations and proposing correcting action where needed. In addition, this person will be required to prepare periodic internal management reports and to assist with audit schedules or various external sales reporting requirements. Also, they may be asked to assist in special projects, assist in implementing new policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.
